Registration Procedure
- On-line registration for Behavioral Healthcare Resource Program trainings requires you to create a login account in the system. You will use this login information to register for all future training events. This account provides a transcript of your training history. You should use your own email address when you register and create your account. It is important to understand that all correspondence occurs through this email address. Payment Policy
- Electronic payment for training events and products can be made with Master Card or Visa.
- No payments will be accepted at the door for face-to-face trainings. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Substitutions, Refunds, and Contact Hours for Face-to-Face Trainings
- Substitutions - if you have registered and paid for a face-to-face training but are unable to attend, you may send another person in your place. Substitutes must be prepared to attend the training in its entirety and will need to complete a registration form at the event. Substitutes will need to provide email and telephone contact for the person they are replacing. If registration was paid by an agency, substitute must provide email and phone contact for their supervisor.
- Refunds for Face-to-Face Trainings – Refunds (minus a $5.00 transaction fee) will be made for cancellations that are received no later than 5 business days prior to the scheduled training.
- No refunds are made for online training products.
